Builsa Cultural Game Ends in Style in Accra

The Builsa Cultural Football Tournament, a vibrant celebration of culture and sportsmanship, wrapped up in spectacular style in Accra. Organized by the Buluk Bisa Club, an association of Builsa indigenes in the Greater Accra Region, the event brought together the 13 major towns of the Builsa Traditional Area. The tournament, held from September 22 to October 27, aimed to foster unity, peace, and development while showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the Builsa people.

With the participation of teams from towns like Sandema, Chuchuliga, Wiaga, and Fumbisi, the competition showcased impressive football skills, dexterity, and sportsmanship. It was not only about winning but also about highlighting the strength, resilience, and talent of the Builsa youth. The event drew spectators from across Ghana, transforming the games into a broader celebration of identity and community.

The Buluk Bisa Club, under the leadership of His Worship Seth Alafa, took pride in organizing the tournament. In addition to thrilling matches, the event included a colorful cultural display by Buluk drummers, reminding everyone of the unique heritage the club works to preserve. The grand finale featured medals and trophies awarded to outstanding teams and players, a gesture to honor their commitment and skill.
